Hi, my name is Paul Smith and I am a REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals) Level 3 qualified personal trainer in North London mainly working in the Enfield and Barnet areas. As well as personal training I also offer local group activities and exercise classes in a variety of fun activities. They are a great way to spend quality time with old friends and make new ones. Whether your aim is to lose weight, to tone or build muscle or to increase your overall fitness, we can work together to reach these goals. My daytime and evening exercise classes in Enfield and Winchmore Hill, London N21 include Circuit Training, Fat Attack and Body Tone, Boxercise (Registered Instructor) and Over 50's Keep Fit Stretch & Tone.
